The devolopment is located 1.5 miles off I-26 on Howard Gap Road in the Flat Rock area, just minutes from shopping. The Subdivision is restricted, will have State-maintained roads and city water. Custom homes available on beautiful 1/2 acre, wooded lots. JLS Builders will be building model homes beginning in August 2006. Floor plans are avaliable upon request. Lots are priced in the high 50's. 17 lots have been pre-sold and just 17 remain.
